The Episcopal Church recognizes pastoral care as the ministry of caring that is at the heart of our church's life. At The Episcopal Church of the Epiphany, our Pastoral Care ministry includes home visits, hospital visits, bringing communion to those who are unable to be with us in person, and other ministries of shared presence, listening and support whenever someone finds themselves in need.
The clergy of the Episcopal Church of the Epiphany serves with a team of dedicated and compassionate lay people to meet the pastoral care needs of our congregation. If you ever find yourself, a family member, or a loved one in need of pastoral care please contact us using the web form below or contact the Reverend Alison Lee (rector@epiphanyaz.org).
If you would like us to keep you in our prayers, please contact us at prayer@epiphanyaz.org to be put on our prayer list. The prayer list is published in our weekly email newsletter and in the worship bulleting for all services.
Lay Eucharist Visitors
The mission of this ministry is to share communion from the service with those unable to attend in person. We bring communion and connection with the congregation to people in their home, or in the hospital. We strive to share God's love with all people.
Seniors & Hospice Ministry
Epiphany provides fellowship, love, prayer, communion, and other pastoral care to seniors, parishoners experiencing illness, and those preparing for the end of life. Each week, we celebrate a Deacon's mass at The Peaks senior living community, and chpaincy to patients and families of Northland Hospice. We also visit people at home, or in the hospital, to provide pastoral care.
